Meanwhile president Donald Trump and his team want to go to court to challenge the vote count.
Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is close to reaching the required number of votes to open the door to the White House.
While the total required number is 270 votes for special delegates, Biden has cast 264 votes.
However his rival president Donald Trump has opposed the count.
Trump's campaign camp has said it has filed a lawsuit to suspend the counting of votes in the state of Pennsylvania after filing a complaint over vote counts in Michigan and Wisconsin states.
