Deputy President William Ruto has accused ODM Leader Raila Odinga of instigating Kenya's electoral violence.
Ruto remarked on Monday at the Holiday Inn Hotel in London, where he was addressing UDA diaspora supporters, that the August polls would be peaceful unless the Azimio group resorts to violence.
"The only thing they (the handshake team) can do is perhaps incite violence."
However, even on that," he replied, "we will not allow it to happen."
He also urged Raila to officially commit to conceding defeat if he loses the election.
The DP expressed confidence in his chances of winning the presidential election in August, claiming that even rigging him would not assist Raila.
He expressed trust in the IEBC, chaired by Wafula Chebukati, and stated that the electoral body would conduct free and fair elections free of electoral malpractices.
