Deputy President William Ruto opened up yesterday on reviews that President Uhuru Kenyatta had locked him out of Authorities by chopping down his powers.
Talking throughout an interview, Ruto confirmed that a number of the tasks he had been overseeing had been transferred to different officers within the Government.
“Within the first time period, I used to be overseeing many tasks within the Authorities – highway tarmacking, water tasks however within the second time period the President noticed it match to do issues otherwise,” he acknowledged.
The DP famous that he was not against Uhuru’s model of management as he was eager on securing his legacy.
“Now we have agreed with the President that his model of management is what we will comply with,” Ruto maintained.
He additionally acknowledged that he was a part of an administration that had been tasked to supervise the implementation of the Structure.
