The circumstances behind the departure of Moses Kuria, the former cabinet secretary and senior economic advisor, have come to light thanks to explosive information that has emerged.

According to sources, there has been a pattern of systematic humiliation and sidelining by key members of President William Ruto's inner circle. Farouk Kibet, the president's strong adviser, is claimed to have led this effort.

Kibet insisted that Kuria leave his ID at the entrance like a cleaner each time he reports to State House, according to political blogger Aoko Otieno.

Kuria was upset by this and took the directive as a clear sign of disrespect and that he was no longer wanted in the government.

According to insiders, Kuria had become less popular with President Ruto's closest supporters, who thought his political capital had drastically diminished, especially in the Mt. Kenya region.

Kuria, a former influential Mt. Kenya organizer, was subtly held responsible for the rising unrest in the area.

Kuria announced on X (previously Twitter) that he had met with President Ruto and that the latter had agreed to his resignation.

Kuria stated that he will now be concentrating on "personal interests," although he did not disclose specifics regarding his future political move.
