When death struck wealthy socialite Genius Kadungure “Ginimbi” on Sunday, November 8, at the wee hours of Sunday morning, Africa was sent into immense shock after the details of his grisly road accident started fanning on social media.
Well, it seems the super-wealthy Zimbabwean socialite happened to be a close of Kenyan socialite Huddah Monroe.
Shortly before his death, Ginimbi shared a video of himself having a good time while hopping into his luxurious Rolls Royce Wraith before heading to his night club called “Dreams”.
Ginimbi made it known that he was heading to celebrate his close friend’s birthday, the dashing fitness model Moana.
“Guys, it’s time to go out, it’s gonna be going down. We’re going to Dreams (nightclub) in the next few minutes, it’s gonna be going down. It’s Moana’s birthday, we’re going to pop the champagne, it’s gonna be champagne showers tonight, see you there,” he told his 600,000 plus followers.
After an eventful birthday, Ginimbi and Moana were headed home but the rubber hit the road when his vehicle collided head-on with a Honda Fit, rolled off the road, hit a tree trunk, and burst into flames.
Ginimbi’s body before the car burst into flames, engulfing the remaining deceased occupants beyond recognition as they screamed for their dear life.
Mourning the demise of her close friend, Socialite Huddah on Wednesday shared images of the businessman and hyped him for his classy sense of fashion and has since revealed that she had major plans with Ginimbi, and they were to meet this coming week.
