Arama is confident that if the bill, popularly known as the basic education amendment bill, be passed, it will relieve parents of children of primary and public secondary education of the burden of buying lunch for their children.
"At the moment I have a basic bill bill that I want public primary and secondary schools to be forced to provide free food to students, this is a bill that will relieve parents of the burden of paying for lunch" said Arama
In an exclusive interview with KBC arama Arama hopes the bill will be passed into law.
Arama, meanwhile, said the Omugusii community was behind national security minister Dr Fred Matiang’i, and was expected to give direction to the community in next year's general election.
"We as the Omogusii community are behind Minister Fred Matiang'i whose direction will show us that we will be followed next year, we are also happy to see his cooperation with Odm leader Raila Odinga when he visited the Kisii area" added Arama
The Jubilee MP has announced his candidacy for next year's election and has revealed that he has no intention of running for office.
"I will aspire to retain my seat for a third term to feed all my projects and I have no desire to run for another seat, I have no desire to continue to serve the people of Nakuru Town West who elected me" said Arama
