Here is a picture of one of the hooligans who stoned Ruto's caravan in Kondele - He deserves to be arrested

The unrest sparked a visit by Deputy President William Ruto Kondele to Kisumu County after riotous youths pelted his caravan with stones.

Violence erupted in the Kondele circuit, prompting riot police to burst into tears to disperse the youths, who had been packed until 9am, chanting ODM songs.

Some sang songs praising ODM leader Raila Odinga while others threw stones at Ruto's caravan.
