Nyali MP Mohamed Ali is likely to be arrested after a terror suspect did not appear in court

A court in Kwale County has issued an arrest warrant for Nyali MP Mohamed Ali for failing to appear in court last month.

The MP was due to appear in court after Nordin Hassan Abdalla aka Commander, a terror suspect who was his sponsor, violated bail.

Mohammed Ali one million shillings for defaming him
Abdalla was charged with possession of copies of extremist training in accordance with case number 846/16 prior to his release.

He was arrested in 2019 in Shimoni in Kwale for allegedly registering youths as members of the Islamic State terrorist group and later charged and released on bail.

Abdallah is believed to be an ally of Salim Rashid Mohamed aka Chotara, as well as the famous Turki, who is a member of the Islamic State group and who was recently recorded carrying out beheadings in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
