William Kinoti had pursued the decision within the sight of Narok High Court Judge Francis Gikonyo.
Judge Gikonyo anyway forewarned that the detainee couldn't get away from the exemption sentence, given the reality of the offense.
This was after the court was educated that the detainee had accommodated with the casualty's family subsequent to paying Sh200,000.
The kid was killed in April 2019 at their leased house in London Estate, Narok city while attempting to isolate the conflict between the culprit and his dad Mr. Edgar Opama.
The court heard that the little youngster observed Kinoti cutting her dad in the face and attempting to intercede yet was cut in the neck and kicked the bucket right away.
A post-mortem report showed the young lady passed on from draining brought about by a cracked vein.
Judge Gikonyo said there was sufficient proof to demonstrate that the kid had killed the youngster by wounding him and imprisoning him for a considerable length of time.
