Deputy President William Ruto has to rein in his lieutenants who wreaked havoc in Parliament on Wednesday during the discussion on the Political Parties Amendment Bill 2021.
Kimani Ngunjiri, a Bahati MP who was seen on tape hitting a female Sergeant at Arms who was wearing a white hijab, is one of Ruto's loyalists who has wreaked havoc in the House of Rules.

To the surprise of many MPs, the Tanga Tanga politician was seen grappling the police to the ground in the terrible video.
Ngunjiri also assaulted Ndaragwa MP Jeremiah Kioni, who subsequently claimed in a news conference that an old geezer like Ngunjiri could attack him.
"I couldn't believe an elderly guy like Kimani Ngunjiri could reach out and attempt to strangle me for the only reason that I vote on one side and he votes on the other," Kioni added.
Ngunjiri should have handled the situation civilly rather than violently, according to the Kieleweke politician.
"When you lose your capacity to communicate to and convince the other person, you don't belong in this House, and Kenyans need to know that the individuals you bring to the House are people who can explain your cause."
