Inside Cabinet Secretary, Fred Matiang'i has cautioned Deputy President William Ruto and his partners against assaulting National Government officials in broad daylight rallies.
Matiang'i said Friday during his visit through Nyamira province that the assaults are "unjustifiable and unreasonable" on the grounds that they hazard debilitating the local officials who are not in a situation to shield themselves.
"I'm begging the political pioneers to regard the local officials; you quit assaulting community workers and hauling them to the political stages.
"Allow us to quit profiling local officials each time you go to your public assemblies you start manhandling this PC.
"He has no stage to react to you," Matiang'i said concerning last end of the week's political convention in Eldoret, where lawmakers associated to Ruto's United Democratic Alliance (UDA) chastised Uasin Gishu County Commissioner, Stephen Kihara.
Matiang'i called attention to that his office has not gotten any grievances about any trouble making or wrongdoing on Kihara whom he hailed as an accomplished and expert director.
During the Eldoret Sports Club which was gone to by Ruto, lawmakers drove by Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua blamed Kihara for purportedly facilitating secret gatherings to wage ethnic divisions in the cosmopolitan County.
