The South African woman, 24, confessed on Twitter that she became infected with the virus when she was 21 years old.
She has been on treatment for three years, and if you encountered her on the street, it would be difficult to know she was infected with the virus just by glancing at her attractive face.
She utilizes her social media platforms to urge young people to engage in responsible sexual behavior.
"I'd rather date someone who is HIV positive like me," she said on Twitter.
