Breaking: Ukraine Agrees to Meet With Russia for Negotiations

Ukraine has indicated its willingness to hold talks with Russia on the border between the two countries to reduce the impact on innocent civilians.

The move comes after Russia indicated it could use a nuclear bomb to hit Ukraine.

In addition, reports say Japan could impose financial sanctions on Russia if it continues its attacks.
