The Supreme Court will reverse the ruling quashing BBI, according to lawyer ahmednasir, President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga will meet today in dubai to communicate their perspectives.
According to renowned Nairobi lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi (BBI), President Uhuru Kenyatta has already received word that the Supreme Court will overrule the High Court and Court of Appeal judgements that annulled the Building Bridges Initiative.
Ahmednasir, who appears to be familiar with the BBI case, wrote on Twitter on Tuesday morning that five Supreme Court judges were on the side that overturned the verdict, while two were against.
President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga, the head of the Orange Democratic Movement, are presently in Dubai, according to Ahmednasir, to celebrate the BBI verdict and to determine how they would split the roles of Prime Minister and two Deputy Prime Ministers, as recommended by BBI.
