Following a domestic squabble, a 27-year-old man from Kakamega stabbed his wife five times with a kitchen knife before committing suicide.

Fred Machoka, the deceased, had written a cryptic note on Facebook implying that he was ready to do something that would make headlines.

One day, people all across the world will read my narrative. The finest timing is God's time. "Good morning, gentlemen," the message stated.

Fred murdered his wife because he suspected she was cheating on him with other men in the area.

They'd gone to the chief after a couple of domestic conflicts.

They have left two children behind.
