Adan Duale, a Garissa Township MP and former Majority Leader, is allegedly deploying rogue DCI personnel to harass a woman who exposed him for stealing land from the Ministry of Health in Garissa.
He reportedly obtained the property through a proxy.
The whistleblower was summoned by DCI to record a statement at the DCI headquarters, according to a message on the Garissa County WhatsApp group.
