Previous Prime Minister Raila Odinga, who is the head of the Azimio La Umoja Movement, has excused claims that he consented to a political arrangement with One Kenya Alliance (OKA) on Saturday.
In a proclamation gave by Raila Odinga's representative, Prof. Makau Mutua, on Monday evening, it was absolutely impossible that they could ink an alliance to-alliance on the grounds that the new ideological groups regulation doesn't consider such a course of action.
Prior on, previous Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka said that the alliance will be named Azimio-OKA since OKA joined the alliance as an equivalent accomplice.
Nonetheless, Mutua said such was not settled after during the marking service.
"What was endorsed on Saturday was a consent to shape the Azimio alliance party. That is the thing was endorsed on Saturday," Mutua said
He added that the gatherings joined the development separately, and not as alliances.
"Parties come to Azimio as individual ideological groups, they don't come as collusions or alliances. So whether it was Wiper, whether it was KANU, or whether it was ODM they generally consented to into that arrangement as individual gatherings."
