He apparently followed the casualty from the bank, where he had gone to pull out the cash.

The character of the suspect has since been exposed by a feared secret cop.

The suspect is a previous promote with Umoinner Sacco.

He is generally cleverly dressed and it's difficult to tell that he participates in crimes.

The infamous man, distinguished as Brian Ochieng, has deactivated his virtual entertainment handles after his personality was exposed.

Police are at present chasing him down after the theft episode was accounted for.
