Trump and Biden Shoulder Shoulder

The Americans have voted to elect a president in an election that divided the nation on an unprecedented scale. 

Preliminary results show that Biden has won the states of Virginia, Delaware, Vermont Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Rhode Island while Trump has won the states of West Virginia, Kentucky, and South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Tennessee. 

So far Joe Biden is leading with 131 special delegates 'votes and Trump with 98 percent of special delegates' votes. The results continue to be announced.
