Nafasi Shown, For The First Time Next Month

As Kenya's film industry continues to grow rapidly, a film titled "Nafsi", produced by local actors, will be screened for the first time next month.

The first of its kind shows will be held at the Atmosphere in Diamond Plaza on November 6, 2021.

The story of this film is about a woman by the name of Aisha who is married and lives a good life but is not blessed with a child. She decides to use her friend Shiko to get her pregnant and give birth through a successful IVF program.

But while Shiko is pregnant, Aisha changes her mind and asks her friend Shiko to have the abortion.

Shiko is filled with rage and feels as if it has just been used and then implemented.

The film is produced by Jacqueline Kalekye with the help of Dina Mwende. The author of the story is Reuben Odanga who is also his director.

Actors who have been linked to ‘Nafsi’ include Mumbi Maina, Catherine Kamau, Alfred Munyua, Silayio Kirisuah, presenters Alex Mwakideu and Monique Bett, Alex Khayo and Raymond Ofula.
