Natafuta Bwana: My Husband Left Me Nine Days After Losing My Job - Nakuru Woman Explains Divorce

Collins 1
We live with my husband Kibet in Lamu County where I worked as a doctor in a private hospital in that county.

My husband also did engineering work in the construction ministry in that county.

Our life was dreamy as we never had an argument with my husband as the situation was very calm.

Sometimes I gave my husband even money for expenses and he also gave me a little money from his salary. The situation was much more stable as love had brought us better.

One day I went to the office and came across some letters on my desk.

I opened it and read it and then came across a message that the hospital was then showing me the door and I had to follow the conditions before the day was over.

When I returned home and informed my husband of my plight, he encouraged me as he said that he would be responsible as the head of the marriage to ensure that the needs of the house were met.

I was heartbroken and realized that I had a husband and a half as he had promised me even.

I would look for an alternative job as living a life of idleness was something my husband did not like at all.

As the days went by, things began to change.

My husband started yelling at me at home even though he sometimes called me a tortoise who was being fed.

Nine days after my dismissal my husband ran away from me without knowing where he was he had changed up to his phone number so it was difficult to contact him.

I tried to talk to his friends who I expected to find out where he grew up but no one knew.

The situation gave me a lot of stress because I was in love with my husband and when I thought about the whole first issue of marrying another man the issue did not come to me.

Losing my job left me in a state of shock.

I no longer had a husband and then the house I was living in was closed and then the goods we had were auctioned off to pay a large rental fee.

Neighbors laughed at me because they knew I was a doctor at the same time but life had really hit me.

I had to start selling my clothes directly so I could subsistence living at that time.

I moved to a poor neighborhood and began a new life.

I did not want to go back home as no one would welcome me as all of me as a doctor showed signs of satisfaction with my work.

I lived in a hut something meaningful
being my INFINIX type phone that helped me get online regularly.

It also helped me to find work as I printed documents and sent job applications to various locations as the situation was it pushed me badly.

One day while I was on a web search, I came across an internet site, where a doctor helped people with problems like mine get rid of it and even later succeed in life.

I phoned him and he gave me an invitation to his offices in Nakuru.

The next day I met her and told her what had happened to me and she served me with a whip. I returned to the slums where I had lived that night
while I was asleep the phone rang.

He was my former boss who wanted me the next day to officially return to my job as a doctor and I had even been promoted to a higher salary.

It was a new awakening in my life. I started the job diligently.

Three days later my husband came back on his own and we started life without any doubt.
