The three-time Kenya Women's League winners will begin their campaign in Group B against South Africa's Mamelodi Sundowns on the 6th of this month, then face Morocco's ASFAR three days later.
They will complete their campaign on November 12 against Rivers Angels from Nigeria.
Head coach Charles Okere is confident that his team will emerge the winner in Group B from the training they did to prepare for the tournament.
Vihiga Queens qualified as representatives of the CECAFA region after emerging victorious in a competition involving 8 teams.
Coach Okere uses the victory as a test of his team's ability and says it gave them the opportunity to increase their knowledge of professional football.
Vihiga Queens Gentrix player Shikangwa, says they will rely on the information provided by their coaches in the CAF competition.
The CAF semi-finals will be held on November 15 this year at Al Salam Stadium in Cairo, Egypt.
