A 21-year-old university student was charged at the Milimani Law Courts for sending personal images and threatening texts to the spouse of a lady with whom he had an adulterous affair.
The suspect, Stephen Wanjohi Kamande, is accused of committing the crime between May 1, 2021 and January 14, 2022.

Stephen appeared before Nairobi Chief Magistrate Wendy Micheni and was accused of wrongfully disseminating personal images of himself with Esther Nduta Githinji.
He wrote to Esther's husband on Facebook, "Unasemanga uko na bibi," and shared the personal images.
He was also accused of threatening Esther Nduta and her entire family with death.
He pled not guilty and was freed on Ksh 100,000 cash bail.
