Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has been asked by Kitui County Governor Charity Kaluki Ngilu to cease flip-flopping and instead join former Prime Minister Raila Odinga's Azimio La Umoja organization.
In an interview with KTN on Monday, Kalonzo, who is a principle in the One Kenya Alliance (OKA), has no choice but to join Azimio since that is where the whole Kamba community is, Ngilu said in an interview with KTN.
Ngilu also called Kalonzo's proposal for Sh 3 billion from former Prime Minister Raila Odinga to join Azimio "shameful."
The county chief further stated that the former premier now enjoys widespread popularity in the Ukambani area, which would not alter even if Kalonzo joins Deputy President William Ruto.
