A renter took to social media to share a letter he got after his landlord died.

The landlord's son wrote him a letter inviting him to a funeral service on February 27th.

The ceremony will be held to commemorate the landlord's life, and the renter is expected to bring certain items to the celebration.

Beer, wine, goat, and cash are among the goods he is expected to bring to the event.

The renter posted the letter of invitation on Twitter, saying he was speechless after receiving it.

"My landlord just died, and his son created a list of goods that I would send to him as his renter for his funeral ceremonies," he tweeted, along with the letter.
